I use to work in a movie theater and we turned over movies really quickly.
This one reminds me of one that was really awful. It had Ernest Borgnine and Linda Blair but, they just had cameo roles. Both were detectives and I think Blair was behind a desk the whole time.
The star of the show was a really pretty blonde woman, and I can’t recall her name to save my life. But the main thing with her was her running around naked. Twice they had her running on the beach fully nude. All the while a deranged killer was stalking her.
Seemed every chance they got they had her naked or at least topless.
