Olivia Scott Welch, born February 11, 1998 in Hurst, Texas, is an American actress. She started young with guest spots on Agent Carter and Modern Family, then blew up as Samantha Fraser in Netflix’s Fear Street trilogy (2021). She also led Amazon Prime’s Panic (2021) as Heather Nill. Most of her work is in YA and thriller stuff, and she’s still popping up in movies and streaming shows.
